Confirming Files and Printing

Confirming the Entered Information

As the individual responsible for the accredited program, the program director is expected to conduct a comprehensive review of the CAA report to verify and ensure the accuracy of information submitted to the CAA. The CAA report in EnGauge is accessible until the submission date, so we recommend that you plan sufficient time to review the report and edit data as necessary before the deadline.

Note: The final signatory sign-off completed by the program director signifies that all information provided in the report is complete and accurate.

Printing the Report

You may print the entire CAA report at any time during the fielding period prior to and after final submission. Select the “Export” drop-down at the top of the page in the report and then “Export Report.” The full report will be generated as a single PDF file.

Once the CAA reporting period closes, the report file will continue to be accessible through EnGauge, however no further edits may be made. Programs can generate and save for their records the final PDF version of the CAA report. You can access previously submitted reports by clicking on the “Submitted” box in EnGauge.
